Riddle Round the Expo

Perfect for expos and conferences.


Beat the riddles, claim your reward! Scattered around a variety of expo stand, there are portraits with riddles and small puzzles in them, often related to the exhibitors…


Solve the puzzles across the different booths to reveal letters of a phrase. Once you have them all, it presents an anagram – can you re-arrange them to figure out where the prize is hidden?


Auction Chaos

Perfect for galas and entertainment driven events.


Come and roll up for the auction of the year! Setup like a casino table, but instead, you’ll be jumping into a rapid fire auction game, inspired by the likes of Monopoly…


Bid on properties to win as many complete “sets” as possible, while the Auction Host gavels away! Rapid-fire 15-minute rounds make it a perfect game for people to watch, and also jump into once a new round starts!


Choose Your Own Adventure

High energy, physical, perfect for virtual or in person, and a winner for internal events.


Our Games Host will narrate you through a visual journey, immersing the (often sizeable) audience in the story. At critical story points, the audience will vote on what decision to take, affecting the final outcome…

To amp up the energy, the host will have you performing all sorts of actions as the story moves along – running on the spot, pulling faces, you name it.

Full House

An automotive industry leadership conference wanted their event to break through the screen and energise engagement.


Our solution? A 2-day “Full House” card game, with personalised team boards and cards awarded for different types of engagement, running live for the whole event!


The Power Lab

We helped a healthcare partner bring engagement to their clients event – sporting the “strike while the iron’s hot” narrative.


We built a custom virtual escape room using a lab theme where teams discovered “key powers” that tied into staff challenges. All live streamed, it delivered a purpose driven experience.

So what exactly would a game look like then?

Depends on the event format and theme. It could be anything from a “puzzle pack” sent to guests beforehand that they complete as they attend the event, through to roaming hosts surprising guests with in person mini games related to the theme!

So is it one short game, or a game that runs throughout the event?

It can be either. It’s whatever achieves engagement.

You could have people participating in a game where they score different exhibitors, so the game effectively runs through the entire event.

Or you can have a showstopper style game at the end that consolidates the event content.

What would a game cost?

How longs a piece of string? There’s a big difference between creating a few pages of PDF and turning up with an army of game hosts and custom physical props.

Generally to make a meaningful impact and create something suitable for a specific event, it will cost at least £3,000 exc VAT, going up to £14,000 exc VAT. While it could be more, most projects tend to fall in that range.
